Combined Pins Assembly Machine

Description

Based on watchmaker mechanics for handling miniature parts, this specialized pin assembly machine eliminates the need for complex and costly spring feeding devices by producing and inserting its own springs. Very fast and fully automated, it produces approximately 900 pins per hour.

Tailored by Mul-T-Lock Machinery to meet every customer's needs, the machine can assemble a variety of different pins as specified by the user and features fast and easy setups between different products.

The combined pin assembly machine incorporates eight stations:
Two bowl feeders that hold up to 2000 pins, feeding them continuously into the line
A station that checks each pin's positioning
Automatic spring production, plus insertion of spring into outer pin
Insertion of inner pin
Quality control function checks that each finished pin is operational
Sorting and separately downloading good and rejected products
