30/3/2011 Users of CLIQ, Mul-T-Lock’s state-of-the-art  electromechanical master key system, can now enjoy exceptional convenience thanks to a new addition: the web-based CLIQ Remote, which allows system managers to securely control CLIQ systems from afar. The new application is particularly useful for two main purposes: Centralized management of large CLIQ systems guarding widespread networks – such as multiple-branch banks and supermarkets, municipalities and government agencies. Ongoing control of access to faraway facilities – such as CLIQ-protected cellular antennas, water wells and power distribution stations.  And this is how it works: The system manager accesses CLIQ Remote’s web-based manager software through his PC, and sends secured instructions directly to two types of remote programming devices: the fixed Wall PD and/or the Mobile PD . Thus, through CLIQ Remote, the manager can easily program and reprogram distant CLIQ keys, change authorizations, retrieve event logs and audit trails, and grant access in real time to locations that are many miles away – directly from his own office.
